Up to 6 people. Organise your own personal demonstrations at your house or a friend's. You choose the menu and select your guests. Price does not include wine.

Larger parties up to 14 people. For groups of 10 and over I recommend an assistant which costs an extra £60. Glass of wine included.

Hands-on classes for up to 20 people where we work together, often in teams, and make approx. 4 dishes which we then sit down and eat afterwards with a glass of wine. The demonstrations last approx. 2 hours. Recipe leaflets are provided for participants to take home after.

A one-to-one class in your home with a choice of approx. 4 recipes tailor-made to what you would like to learn to cook. Wine not included.
